As the fire hazard is extreme, please no cooking in the forested area of the property. Be very mindful of all combustion of any kind! We will have a smoking section set up at the party area along with tables for people who want to cook their own food.

We are thrilled to be doing this and are very excited to congregate in the name of music within the spirit of our beautiful community and look forward to welcoming you and want everyone to play safe, be responsible, respect the land and others, and most importantly, connect and have fun!

Google Maps has the property positioned incorrectly. Froggy Acres is the 1st right after the bridge over the Glenora Creek, approximately 2 km's from Koksilah Road. Apple Maps does have the property positioned correctly!

Carpooling is encouraged as parking is limited.  ! Please do not park on Doupe Rd!

3215 Doupe Rd, Duncan BC

Getting to the Farm

3215 Doupe Road  Doupe Road is on the west side of Koksilah Road just south of Duncan.  It's on the right coming from town and the left from Cowichan Station.  Froggy Acres Farm is about 2km west down Doupe Road..  Our driveway is the first right after crossing the bridge at the bottom of a hill.

Drive very VERY slow on the property (10km/hr)  Watch out for children, cats, dogs and frogs.   Parking is provided in the designated areas on the map.  Please park mindful that there are limited spaces..   Try to carpool if possible.

There are more detailed directions downloadable below once you make to the farm,

No Parking at all on Doupe Road

We have a reasonably good relationship with our neighbours and we’d like to keep it that way, so please stay on Froggy Acres property and be mindful of the noise after hours.

There will be smoking sections and buckets for butts and roaches at each campsite. For the sake of everything, use these ashtrays and smoke in the designated area in the festival field.

Impaired driving will not be tolerated and will be enforced.

CAMPING

Arrive in the afternoon anytime after 12pm..  Set up camp in the open grassy spot near the creek or in the 10 acres of wooded area across the creek.  Many of the sites are cleared and marked and are at first come first serve basis.

If you are looking to camp you have two options, on the farm side or the wild side:

For guests who more agreeable to car camping, the farm side offers you a flat, grassy area close to flushing toilets and running water.  RVs and vans can camp in the back field.

For guests who are a little more adventurous, the wild side is a lush and beautiful maple forest, offering shade and plenty of privacy. It is mostly small hike-in camping with limited amenities. (woodchip toilets)  There are many sites large and small are cleared and marked.

The Fire Hazard is extreme right now. Therefore, all cooking is to be done in the designated cooking area. Please smoke in the designated area in the music field and be extremely cautious throughout the property regarding any type of combustion.

There will be toilets around the land YET we encourage everyone to use a tree or private area for #1's and to reserve the toilets for #2's.

We are offering camping as way to avoid drinking and driving and kindly ask that if you decide to stick around on Sunday that you help clean up a bit too.  Thanks.
