Harvested in the heart of the Glenora Valley, our big leaf maple syrup comes from the trees that sip the deep waters that run through our golden land.  The unique terroir and parochial, wood fired, small batch evaporation process produce a dark, full bodied, unmistakeably unique syrup of distinct, bold flavour.   You can pour it over pancakes, use it in baking, or sip it warm by an open fire, whatever you choose, it is a syrup best savoured as the liquid gold that it is.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy making it.
